Welcome! I am a PhD student at the Industrial and Labor Relations (ILR) School at Cornell University, Ithaca, NY.
My research interests are in technological change and the future of work and organizations. Currently, I am studying how organizations adopt artificial intelligence (AI) and robotic technologies, and how these technologies affect firm performance, work, and employment.
Before coming to Cornell, I studied public policy on a Fulbright Scholarship at Georgia State University, Atlanta, GA, where I also worked as a Public Finance Fellow at the Andrew Young School of Policy Studies.
While in Atlanta, I worked at Georgia Tech's Enterprise Innovations Institute as one of the 2019 Georgia Innovative Economic Development Interns.
Before attending Georgia State's MPP program, I received my bachelor's and a master's in development studies from the University of Dhaka, Bangladesh, where I also taught public finance, resource economics, and quantitative research methods.
