About   Research   Teaching   Consulting   CV

Before PhD, I have consulted for a variety of organizations on program evaluation and strategic planning across both private and public sectors. This work grounds my theoretical interests in real organizational problems and has given me hands-on experience managing complex projects, advising leaders, and designing interventions that balance efficiency with social impact.
